Lil Wayne (found guilty of illegal weapon posession) will be releasing and EP called “I’m Not a Human Being,” his manager Cortez Bryant told Vibe.com.

“I’m putting out a [Wayne] album called ‘I’m Not A Human Being’ and I’ll probably drop it on his birthday, September 27,” Bryant said, adding that the digital release will feature all-new songs and preview Weezy’s highly anticipated next full-length, “The Carter IV,” the follow-up to this year’s “Rebirth.”

“I’m not even putting it out in stores,” Bryant said. “We just gonna put it out virally and maybe package it up for Christmas. Give ‘em a hard copy later for fan appreciation.”

Lil Wayne has been on lock down since March, serving a one year sentence. His work ethic apparently is still in tact and he seems to have a genuine camp surrounding him-we’ll see you in the future Wayne, but we appreciate hearing you now!

I’m not sure if she felt the need to deliver harder in this one because she was rolling with the big boyz or if all the harsh criticism about her being fake and a mere gimmick started to truly annoy her, but in Kanye’s new track Monster, featuring Jay-Z, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross and Bon Iver, Nicki IS a problem!!

First off, let’s give props to Nicki for even being featured on a track with such heavy hitters as Kanye and Jay-Z.. no disprespect to the Boss and Bon Iver, but for a Femcee who is also a rookie in the game to be able to finagle onto a track with a rap legend like Jay-Z and a lyrical murderer like Ye says A LOT.

I know Brooklyn goes hard, but on this track, Queens native Nicki Minaj delivered hardER.

She’s like a mix of Ludacris and Busta Rhymes when it comes to her delivery, but on this track, her animated style was accelerated, yet she maintained her girlish barbie style while going in on the haters!

“And I’m all up, all up, all up in the bank with the funny face

and if I’m fake I ain’t notice cause my money ain’t!”

The Nicki we all came to love or hate (but mostly love when you look at the charts and the one million features she’s on) is focused man!

“The scariest artist in the game right now is Nicky Minaj. I think she has the most potential to become the number two greatest rapper of all times, Eminem is number 1 and no one is going to beat Em., “ Kanye West stated on an interview with Angie Martinez on Hot 97 in New York.

The real test comes on November 23, 2010 when Nicki drops her debut album, Pink Friday.

There has been a buzz surrounding this young , dynamic MC from London from getting

radio airplay on the major radio stations across the UK to getting his critically acclaimed

track ”doing my thing” featured on the film Adulthood soundtrack . HipHop4real sat down

with him to see what makes him different from the rest and what his future plans are.

Where did the name Smart Kid come from ?

With music being the only thing I have really stuck to it just seemed to stick fit,you don’t have to be academically rewarded to be “Smart”

Where did the inspiration come from to get into hip hop / music ?

From the school playground I have wanted to do music.It’s more than just a hobby,its a passion and something I enjoy doing.

How did it feel to have your track ” doing my thing” featured on the critically acclaimed film Adulthood ?

Yeah,it was a good feeling and something I hope I could do again on a bigger scale.I would love to do a soundtrack to a great UK film,or any great film for that matter.

What is your opinion on the UK hip hop industry at this moment in time?

UK music is at the strongest point it has ever been, the progression is phenomenal and I wish all the artists doing their thing the best.

What makes you different from the rest ?

What makes me different? Listen to my music and find out,I don’t think people have heard an asian mc go this hard on any tempo,any style…I got the flow down to a t.

What are your plans for 2010 and beyond ?

The plan is to drop my debut single “RED HANDED” on Nov 1st.So look out for that and I hope I have your support for that,we are realising it independently on all digital outlets.
